Nickel-based alloy powder (NiCrBSi) is self-fluxing gas atomized spherical powder. It delivers outstanding wear and corrosion resistance, forming dense cladding layers via laser cladding and PTA overlay welding to extend service life of precision mechanical parts.

Applications

Suitable for PTA overlay welding, laser cladding and thermal spray. Used for surface strengthening of molds, pump & shaft components, plungers and general wear-resistant machinery parts in valve, paper and plastic processing industries.
